Saucepan, spatula, knife, frying pan, cup, spoon.

Step 1: cook the vegetables.

Cut carrots and peppers into thin strips. Chop the onion into small cubes.
Heat oil in a pan and throw chopped vegetables into it. Fry them, stirring constantly, until they are soft.
At the same time, start cooking pasta so that it cooks just in time for the sauce with vegetables and shrimp to be ready.

Step 2: cook the shrimp.

Shrimp clear of shell, remove from each gut, and then send them to a pan to vegetables and fry 1 minute from each side.
Season with salt, black pepper and hot pepper.

Step 3: prepare the sauce.

Mix in a cup or bowl all the ingredients necessary for making the sauce. Mix very well to get a uniform consistency.

Step 4: add the sauce to the shrimp and vegetables.

Warm the sauce so that tastes and aromas mix better, and then pour it into a pan with vegetables and shrimp. Bring to a boil. Stir well and remove from heat.

Step 5: Serve the tagliatelle with shrimp in sweet and sour sauce.

Put cooked tagliatelle on plates, pour sauce with shrimp and vegetables on top. Sprinkle with cheese, garnish with cherry tomatoes and serve.
Enjoy your meal!
