  1. Cabbage 900 gr.
  2. Salt 75 gr.
  3. Red chili pepper 20 gr.
  4. Fish sauce 50 ml.
  5. Garlic 40 gr.
  6. Sugar 1 tbsp. a spoon
  7. Green onions 2-3 stems
  8. Carrots 2 pcs. (small)
  9. Onions ¼ large onions
  10. Sesame seeds 1 tbsp. a spoon
  11. Radish daikon 150 gr.

Step 1.

Chop cabbage into thin strips.

Step 2

Put cabbage in a large bowl, pour 250 ml of water and add salt, mix well, mash the cabbage a little with your hands, leave to salt for 15 minutes at room temperature.

Step 3

Cooking kimchi dressing. Chop carrots, daikon radish and onions into thin strips. Chop green onions. Finely chop the garlic.

Step 4

Mix fish sauce, chili pepper, garlic, sugar, chopped green onions, carrots and daikon radish.

Step 5

After 15 minutes, rinse the cabbage thoroughly in cold water and then drain all the water.

Step 6

Add kimchi dressing to a bowl of cabbage and mix well.

Step 7

Sprinkle liberally with fried sesame seeds before serving. Enjoy your meal!
