So, we cut the bread into cubes no more than 2 cm.
In a separate container, mix the vegetable oil, Italian herbs, garlic, and salt passed through the press.
Put the pieces of bread in a plastic bag.
Pour the prepared mixture into the bag and start shaking it until the spicy mass is completely distributed over the bread.
We spread half of the processed slices of bread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and send it to the oven, heated to 200 degrees.
Stir the bread periodically, and dry for 15-17 minutes to the desired degree of crispness.
