Wash tomatoes, bell peppers, hot peppers, clear of seeds and twist in a meat grinder in separate containers. Rub the garlic on a fine grater or pass through a press. Finely chop the greens.
Pour the twisted tomatoes into a pan and boil for 30 minutes. Add the twisted pepper and boil for another 30 minutes. Add garlic, herbs, salt and vegetable oil a few minutes before cooking.
