- Bulgarian green pepper 1 piece
- Bulgarian red pepper 1 piece
- Ham 4 slices
- Green onion 4-5 feathers

Step 1: clean the peppers.
Rinse peppers, divide each into four parts, removing seeds and a twig. Cut off the remaining whitish partitions.
Step 2: prepare the filling.
From each pepper, take a quarter and chop into small pieces.
Chop green onions into rings.
And crumble the ham into small cubes.
Add the curd cheese to the finely chopped ingredients and mix well. Check if you need to salt or pepper and add seasoning to taste. Stir again.
Step 3: stuff the peppers.
Put the prepared stuffing in the remaining quarters of pepper. Pack tightly and then send everything in the refrigerator to 15-30 minutes.
Chilled peppers cut into thick slices and lay on a saucer, garnished with fresh herbs and sliced ham.
