Ingredients
- red fish fillet 500 g
- agave syrup 1 tsp
- vegetable oil 1 tbsp
- lemon zest to taste
- orange 2 pcs.
- capers 1 tbsp
- chili pepper (cereal) 1/8 tsp
- green onions to taste
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste

Cooking:
Red fish fillet (I have salmon) salt, pepper, grease with agave syrup. Fry the fillet in a greased pan on both sides until cooked.
For the sauce, mix the lemon zest, the juice of half a lemon and the fillet of 2 oranges (in the video you can clearly cut the orange), capers and green onions.
