  1. ground beef 500 gr
  2. 1/3 tsp chili flakes
  3. onion 1 pc.
  4. garlic 4 cloves
  5. mustard 1 tbsp
  6. canned beans in tomato sauce 250 ml
  7. tomato sauce 200 ml
  8. brown sugar 2 tbsp
  9. wine vinegar 1 tbsp
  10. Worcester sauce 1 tsp

  12. salt to taste
  13. yogurt to taste
  14. green onions to taste
  15. blue cabbage to taste

Add vegetable oil to the pan. Pour out chili pepper flakes. Heat. Add chopped onion and garlic, ground beef and fry until cooked.
Add beans, mustard, tomato sauce, brown sugar, wine vinegar, Worcester sauce. Stir and bring to a boil. Switch off.
Thinly chop the blue cabbage and mash it with your hands. Put the minced meat on the lavash, cabbage on top. Add yogurt. Spice up. Sprinkle with chopped green onions. Roll into an envelope as shown in the video. Preheat the oven to 275 degrees and bake under the grill for 2-3 minutes.
