  3. rooster 1 pc. (1300 grams);
  4. onion 2 pcs.;
  5. carrots 2 pcs.;
  6. bay leaf 4 pcs.;
  7. black pepper peas 30 pcs.;
  8. black allspice 6 pcs.;
  9. cloves 6 pcs.;
  10. garlic 8 cloves;
  11. salt 3-4 tbsp .;
  12. water 10 liters.

Cooking:

Wash and scrap the meat. Remove pork fingers from pork legs. Transfer the washed meat to a saucepan, pour water and let it boil. Drain the first water from the foam, wash the meat and pan. Re-transfer the meat to the pan, add water, bring to a boil. Add carrots, peppers and salt and put on the slowest fire, simmer for 3 hours. Add onions and bay leaves and simmer another 2-3 hours. At the end of the specified time, remove meat and vegetables from the broth, strain the broth through several layers of gauze. Remove pork and rooster from the bones and chop finely, pass the garlic through a press and combine with the meat. Put the chopped meat with garlic in the jelly dish, pour the strained broth and leave to cool to room temperature. Cooled jellied send in the refrigerator for solidification for 8 hours, preferably at night.
