  1. butter 80-100 gr
  2. brown sugar 1 1/3 cup
  3. 2 large eggs
  4. sour cream 300 ml
  5. baking soda 1/2 tsp
  6. flour 2 cups
  7. baking powder 1 1/2 tsp
  8. salt 1/2 tsp
  9. vanilla sugar 2 tbsp
  10. apples 2 pcs. medium size
  11. ground cinnamon 2 tsp
  12. chopped walnuts 1/2 cup

Mix flour with baking powder, soda and salt. Add sour cream and mix. In another bowl, grind butter with 1 cup brown sugar and vanilla sugar. Add eggs, beat until smooth. Pour into the first bowl with flour. Stir and beat until smooth. Add diced apples and mix.
To cover a frying pan or a round baking dish with baking paper. pour half of the mixture. Stir 1/3 cup brown sugar with cinnamon. Sprinkle half on the surface of the dough. Chop the nuts with a knife and sprinkle on the surface of the dough. Pour the remaining half of the dough. Sprinkle sugar with cinnamon and nuts.
Preheat the oven to 175 C. Bake until cooked (about 50 minutes).
