  1. pork 1 kg
  2. onions 4 pcs.
  3. mayonnaise 8-9 tablespoons
  4. salt 1.5 tsp
  5. pepper to taste
  6. cheese 300 gr

1. Cut the meat into chops and beat. Fold in a deep bowl.

2. Onion cut into quarter rings and add to the meat.

3. Salt, pepper and add 4-5 tbsp. mayonnaise. Mix everything thoroughly. Cover and send to marinate in the fridge overnight.

4. Grate the cheese on a fine grater, add 3-4 tbsp. mayonnaise and mix thoroughly.

5. Put the marinated meat on a baking sheet, spread the onion on top and cover with cheese.

6. Place in the oven at 180 degrees for 1 hour or until golden brown.
