We cut 5 apricots into large slices. We heat a frying pan with a small amount of butter on a stove and put sliced ​​apricot slices into it, which we fill up with 2 tbsp. sugar and stirring, let literally 2 minutes, then remove from the stove.

Step 3 - Fry the pancakes.

We cut one apricot with a very small cube, put it in the finished pancake dough and mix. Add 1 tsp to the pan. vegetable oil and, having heated it well on the stove, bake pancakes, lowering the temperature to medium.
