bowl, cutting board, knife, baking dish
Cooking:
1) Combine cottage cheese with sugar, vanilla and sour cream. Beat with a blender. Fruit cut into small pieces. Add starch and mix.
2) In a bowl, combine eggs, sugar, vanillin and sour cream of any fat content. Combine everything with a hand whisk.
3) Soak the bread for toasts with egg-sour cream, fill the bottom of the baking dish, pre-lubricating it with butter. Break off the excess bread. On top, distribute half the curd filling and half the fruit, pressing them with a spoon. Then repeat the previous steps: dip the bread in a removable mass and cover the filling. Spread the other half of the cottage cheese with fruit and a layer of bread.
5) Cover with foil and bake in the oven at an average level at a temperature of 180 * C for 35-45 minutes. If desired, remove the foil for a crisp and crust on top of the cake 10 minutes before being ready. In the oven, the cake rises, when cooled, it drops. This is normal. Cut the cake better when cooled. Enjoy your meal!
