Ingredients

  1. Ham 400 g
  2. Onions 110 g
  3. Garlic 15 g
  4. Butter 30 g
  5. Canned beans 400 g
  6. Chicken broth 1300 ml
  7. Potato 250 g
  8. Carrot 140 g
  9. Celery 120 g
  10. Ground black pepper 1/2 tsp
  11. Green peas (frozen) 100 g
  12. Fresh parsley 5 g
  13. Salt to taste to taste

  • Serving 7 servings

Cooking:

Step 1.

Dice ham, potatoes, carrots, onions, and celery stalks into small cubes. Chop the garlic, finely chop the parsley.

Step 2

Put the beans in a colander and rinse with cold water.

Step 3

Melt the butter in a saucepan and fry the onions over medium heat for 1 minute.

Step 4

Add the garlic and ham, continue to frying for another 1 minute.

Step 5

Add beans, potatoes, carrots, celery, green peas and chicken broth, bring to a boil and cover, cook over low heat for 20 minutes.

Step 6

Turn off the heat and add the parsley, mix. The soup is ready.
