Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Scald lemon with boiling water and wipe dry. In a deep bowl, combine all the dry ingredients - flour, salt and sugar, mix well. In another bowl, combine sour cream, soda, lemon juice and lemon zest, mix thoroughly until smooth. In a bowl with dry ingredients add 100 grams of cold butter, start stirring with a fork, then with your hands and turn the whole mass into flour crumbs. Combine dry and liquid ingredients and knead a homogeneous, slightly sticky dough. Place the dough in a plastic bag and refrigerate for 30 - 40 minutes. Remove the dough from the refrigerator, sprinkle the work surface with flour and roll out a layer with a thickness of 5 - 6 mm. Form a cookie or a glass to form a cookie and place it on a baking tray, previously covering it with baking paper. Grease the formed cookies on top with an egg and send to the oven preheated to 180 degrees until golden brown, for about 15 - 20 minutes. Remove the finished cookies from the oven, cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
