Ingredients for making pumpkin cake. My homemade recipe for a gentle pumpkin cake!
- Pumpkin (peeled) 600 g
- Flour 350 g
- Sugar 10 tbsp
- Butter 150 g
- 2 eggs
- Raisins (steamed) 100 g
- Lemon (zest) 1 pc.
- Cinnamon 1 tsp
- Main ingredients: Pumpkin, Raisins, Lemon, Shortcrust pastry

Cooking pumpkin cake. My homemade recipe for a gentle pumpkin cake !:We send the boiled pumpkin until ready. Grind flour, butter and sugar onto the crumbs. Add some water and knead the dough.
The dough is sent to the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Free the boiled pumpkin from excess liquid and turn it into a puree with a blender. We divide the eggs into yolks and squirrels. We send the proteins to the refrigerator, and beat the yolks with a mixer with sugar, add the lemon zest, cinnamon, raisins and pumpkin puree. Then beat the chilled proteins to stable peaks and carefully gradually intervene in the pumpkin filling.
Roll out the dough and place in a baking dish greased with oil. We form high sides.
In the middle we place the pumpkin filling and send it to the preheated oven for 10 minutes at a temperature of 240 degrees, and then reduce the temperature to 180 degrees and bake another 30-35 minutes.
