Ingredients for the preparation of millet cutlets
For cutlets
- Wheat groats 1 cup
- Water 2 cups (cook cereal)
- Leek slice 10 centimeters
- Flour or starch 3 tablespoons
- Egg 1 piece
- Salt to taste
- Universal seasoning to taste
- Provencal herbs to taste

Cooking:
Step 1: Cook the grits.
