In a clean bowl beat the eggs with the three types of sugar, then add the cream and mix until it is completely incorporated into the composition. Line a tray or a higher bowl with aluminum foil, place strawberry jam, chocolate and nuts on the bottom of the bowl, then pour the ice cream composition. Place the dish in the freezer, and when the ice cream is ready, serve it in bowls, garnished with a little caramel sauce or chocolate.
Vanilla ice cream with cherry syrup
Heat the milk with the grated vanilla bean seeds and its coating.
In a bowl, beat the yolks with sugar, then add the warm milk and mix.
Put the mixture on low heat and mix with a spatula until the cream thickens.
Remove from the heat and leave to cool, then incorporate the cream into the cream obtained.
Pour the composition into a container and put it in the freezer.
After 30 minutes, remove from the freezer and mix well with a fork to avoid the formation of ice crystals.

Chocolate Roll With Cherries And Vanilla
1. Remove the ice cream from the freezer and let it soften for 10 minutes, until it can be spread, but it is still quite firm. Pour on a baking sheet, in line, then, using the paper, form a roll about 32cm long. Fold tightly in the baking paper and place in the freezer.
2. Preheat the oven to 180C. Wallpaper a tray with baking paper.
3. Put eggs and sugar in a bowl and mix with a mixer for 4-5 minutes until thickened. Sift flour, cocoa, baking powder and a pinch of salt over the mixture, then, using a metal spoon, incorporate. Pour the dough into the tray, smoothing the top, then bake for 10-15 minutes. Allow to cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then return to a lightly powdered baking sheet with sugar and allow to cool.
4. When it has cooled, spread the cherry jam all over the top, then remove the ice cream and place it on the top, about 2 cm from the edge. Using baking paper, roll the top completely. Fold well in the baking paper, then put it back in the freezer. Leave for 2 hours.
5. Remove from the freezer 10-15 minutes before serving. Remove from the baking paper, then sift the melted chocolate over. Transfer to a plate, slice and serve.

1/2 cup butter
2/3 cup sugar
1 cup flour

4 tablespoons powdered sugar
2 cups cream
coconut flakes (optional)
What should you do: Rub the butter with the sugar, add the eggs, flour, vanilla and baking powder, mixing well after each ingredient. Put baking paper on a tray, pour the dough and add the cherries. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes and leave to cool. Mix the yogurt with the cream, sugar and vanilla, spread over the cake and - if you like! - Sprinkle with coconut flakes.

What should you do: Mix the cheese with the sugar, coconut and vanilla sugar. Add whole eggs and mix until smooth. Cut the dough sheet in half, cut a larger part according to the inside of the cake form, and the other, of the right size to cover the cheese filling.
Place the larger part in a form lined with baking sheet, prick it with a fork from place to place and add a few tablespoons of the cheese filling. Then, place half of the cherries on top of it, add the rest of the filling, then the cherries. Place the small part of the dough on top. Prick it with a fork and grease it with egg yolk. Bake the pie for 30 minutes, over medium heat, and after it cools you can cut it into slices.
Clafoutis with cherries
500 gr cherries
125-130 g flour
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
1 vial of vanilla essence
250 ml of sweet milk
100 gr sugar
butter for greased tray
What should you do: Put the sugar, milk, vanilla essence, flour, salt and eggs in a blender and mix for about a minute, until smooth. A pancake-like dough will come out.
Preheat the oven to high. Grease a higher pan with butter, line it with flour. Cover the bottom of the tray with the cherries from which you have previously removed the seeds. Pour the dough on top, sprinkle some vanilla sugar on top (optional). Bake at 160 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until you notice that it has baked and acquired a golden hue.
Cherries drawn in chocolate
30 fresh cherries
220 grams of dark chocolate
What should you do: Wash the cherries and remove the seeds. Melt 2/3 of the chocolate in a bain-marie, then add the rest of the dark chocolate. Soak the cherries well until they are covered with tasty cream, then put them on a plate to cool. You can serve them with ice cream or whipped cream.
White cherry jam
1 kg of pitted cherries
1 kg of sugar
What should you do: Boil the sugar with the juice left by the cherries, after removing the seeds, lemon juice and a glass of water.
When the composition starts to bind, after about 10 minutes, add: cherries, grated lemon peel, pieces of vanilla and boil for another 30 minutes on medium to high heat, until you notice that the composition binds.
Due to the sugar, a foam will appear during boiling. It is carefully removed as it forms.
Take the pot off the heat and put the resulting jam in heated jars, leave to cool, and then seal the jars.
Separate the egg white from the yolk. Beat the egg whites, when it turns into a foam and increases its volume, add all the sugar and continue beating. We will have a strong foam that does not fall from the vessel.
We rub the yolk with a little salt to sweeten it and to intensify the color. We put the essences in the yolk.
Over the egg whites, turn the yolks and flour over, mix with wide movements from bottom to top.
Homogenize and spread the composition as evenly as possible on a tray lined with baking paper.
Put the tray in the preheated oven.
Leave in the oven for 25-30 minutes, it is ready when it browns slightly on the edge and passes the toothpick test, that is, we take a toothpick and prick the roll sheet, if it is clean, the preparation is ready.
Remove the roll sheet with the baked paper and place it on a damp towel, leave for 2 minutes and roll with the towel little by little.
We remove the towel, we open the roll with the paper and we can fill it with cream.
Whipped cream is mixed with yogurt, add dissolved gelatin and mix lightly.
Spread the cream evenly over the rolling pin, place the cherries without seeds and roll lightly. Put the roll in the cold and prepare the icing.
In 100 ml of hot whipped cream, put the broken milk chocolate in the pieces. Stir until it melts and pour lightly over the roll.
The roll is left to cool for a few hours or overnight (it didn't last overnight for me).
A little grated chocolate and a few cherries and the decoration is ready.
Spor at the cake.
Vanilla ice cream
My dears, I do not hide from you, I prefer chocolate in any dessert. Vanilla comes in second. However, when it comes to ice cream, I enjoy both vanilla and chocolate. The other day I made a vanilla ice cream (homemade ice cream, of course). I'll show you how, maybe it binds to your fingers on a hot summer day. The quantities are for 6 servings, the pictures are for 12, you follow what I wrote and help yourself with the pictures, it will be fine. If you do not have an ice cream maker (I use one from Nemox), use the freezer and a fork to mix in the bowl with the composition, about twice an hour. The result will not be the same but at least you will get an idea.
Mix four egg yolks with one sachet of Bourbon vanilla sugar and two tablespoons of powdered sugar.
Stir well. With a mixer it works faster.
Pour 100 milliliters of sweet cream into the mixture. Homogenize.
Split a vanilla pod, remove the seeds and place them, with the pod in 200 ml of milk, on the right heat.
Pour the warm milk (not scalded) into a thin thread, over the eggs with sugar and sweet cream. Stir well. Allow to cool.
Pour the composition into the car tank, put the lid on and press the button.
When the mixture starts to solidify, you can add berries, chocolate cubes or anything else you would like to find in ice cream. It's ready when it's ready (about 30-35 minutes). Transfer the ice cream to the pans and put it in the freezer if you don't eat it on the spot.
