  1. Oatmeal flakes 3/4 cup
  2. Egg 1 piece
  3. Yogurt (or other fermented milk product as thick as yogurt) 1/2 cup
  4. Honey 2 teaspoons
  5. Raspberry to taste
  • Main ingredients
  • Portion2-3

Cookie cutters, plate, spoon.

Step 1: prepare the dough.

Pour oatmeal into a deep bowl and add the egg.

Pour the yogurt here. Instead of yogurt, you can take another sour-milk product, but it is important that it is as thick, not liquid.
Add honey and mix everything very carefully to make the mass homogeneous.

Step 2: add raspberries.

Wash raspberries and crush a little or chop. Of course, remove the green ponytails. Add the berries to the total mass and mix thoroughly.
Some more chocolate has been added here.

Step 3: bake oatmeal muffins with raspberries.

If you have silicone molds, just put the mass in them. If it’s metallic, first oil them so that the muffins do not stick after baking.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and send molds with a test for 35-40 minutes. They will be ready when they become a delicious golden color.

Step 4: serve oat muffins with raspberries.

Before serving, lay the muffins out of the molds and let them cool on the wire rack. When they are at room temperature, make tea and enjoy a delicious dessert.
Enjoy your meal!

Recipe Tips:

- Instead of raspberries, you can add grated apple, chopped strawberries, raisins, chocolate, mashed banana, coke chips, grated cranberries, etc. to the cupcakes.
